As your Real Estate Broker, playing a key role in your real estate investment strategy in Arizona, it's essential for us to be a good fit for each other. For over 25 years, we have specialized in residential investment properties in the Phoenix Metropolitan area for our clients and ourselves as well. We don't claim to do it all because we believe staying focused in one area is the only way to remain on the cutting edge.

Our focus has been purchasing rental properties that appreciate at a higher level than average. We do this by following the reporting of local real estate experts who monitor the economic conditions and trends that affect our real estate market and related industries. Furthermore, we are continuously on the ground tracking and evaluating specific properties for puchase to insure they have the following key components:

1) The properties must be in a specific high school attendance area and school district which are rated at the highest level of excellence.

2) There must be a small percentage of rental properties inside the boundaries of the district.

3) The properties must be adjacent to an employement magnet with freeway access.

Whether you are a seasoned real estate investor or a first time investor, I have the skills and experience to make the mortgage process simple, smooth and stress free.

1) Half of the loans I close are for investors, so I have a track record of success spanning several years.

2) I am extremely knowledgeable about loan programs geared toward investors. This includes studying changes in the lending guidelines and tax laws that impact investors.

3) Since there are several ways to structure your loan, I put your options in writing, so you have a chance to review the information and give me feedback.

4) As an attorney, I have extensive experience with contracts, title reports, legal recording documents, Powers of Attorney, etc. I am your advocate and represent your interests during the entire process.

5) I am part of your financial team. I work closely with CPAs, financial planners and attorneys to insure the best loan program for your particular financial situation.

6) I am an investor myself, so I have experience on both sides of the table.

7) I am available and accountable throughout the entire process and will do whatever it takes to get your loan approved and closed on time.
