Relocating can be overwhelming in the best of circumstances. We relocated to Phoenix from the East Coast over 17 years ago and I found I needed referrals for everything from a realtor to a dentist. Since I did not know anyone, I spent a lot of time researching realtors, accountants, lawyers, insurance agents, mortgage brokers and other professionals. I looked for specific qualities: honesty, integrity, availability, reasonable fees, and expertise.
As a mortgage professional, I wear many hats. In addition to qualifying you for a mortgage, I can refer you to insurance agents, realtors, estate lawyers, accountants, financial planners, etc. I am part of your financial team and work with one or more of these professionals on every mortgage transaction. My original profession is that of an attorney and I use my legal skills and experience to represent your interests. In other words, I am your advocate.
